Returns

 

  • Defective items may be returned within 7 days. Items must be unused and in its original packaging. 

  • Items can only be returned with proof of purchase (e-receipt or printed invoice).

  • Unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to return cutlery, tableware, toiletries or underwear items. 

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

  • Sevila Baby Product Limited is not responsible for delivery fees for returns. 

  • Return credit will be debited to your original payment method or can be saved as store credit. 

  • Sevila Baby Product Limited reserves the right to reject any return requests that do not adhere to our policy and will have the final decision. 

  • Please email support@sevilababyproduct.com to request a return.

Exchanges

  • Sevila Baby Product is happy to exchange any items that have been delivered incorrectly and will bear any delivery fees required.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items for the following reasons:

- Appearance or colour of actual item differs from that in photos on your device

- Ordered wrong item / colour

- Changed mind about item 

  • Unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to exchange cutlery, tableware, toiletries or underwear items.
