Defective items may be returned within 7 days. Items must be unused and in its original packaging.

Items can only be returned with proof of purchase (e-receipt or printed invoice).

Unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to return cutlery, tableware, toiletries or underwear items.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Sevila Baby Product Limited is not responsible for delivery fees for returns.

Return credit will be debited to your original payment method or can be saved as store credit.

Sevila Baby Product Limited reserves the right to reject any return requests that do not adhere to our policy and will have the final decision.

Exchanges

Sevila Baby Product is happy to exchange any items that have been delivered incorrectly and will bear any delivery fees required.

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items for the following reasons:
- Appearance or colour of actual item differs from that in photos on your device
- Ordered wrong item / colour
- Changed mind about item
